500 ducks dive from Trotton bridge for 30th annual duck race

Council co-opts new member
Following John Daborn's move from the area and resignation from the council, the vacancy was publicised as widely as practicable. As there were no calls for an election by residents in response, the recording officer ordered the council to appoint a new member by co-option.
